☑️Take off your shoes once you enter the studio.

☑️Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub.

☑️Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze.

☑️If it is unavoidable to travel to countries / areas outside Hong Kong, you should put on a surgical mask and continue to do so for 14 days upon you return to Hong Kong.

☑️Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell and contact me to reschedule your appointment.
